The best bodybuilding company is now in its third decade.
The biggest women’s competition has been canceled.
And there’s a new bodybuilder on the block.
But as one of the most influential companies in the industry, and as the biggest female competitor in the business, the competition that’s in the news is something else.
In 2013, Jay Cutler was an international bodybuilder.
She competed in the World Championships in Japan, and her competitors included former World Cup champions like Yuliya Gavrilova and Jessica Simpson.
Cutler won the title.
But it was her competitors that made her famous.
She’s the founder and CEO of Bodybuilding.com, and she’s the first woman to win the title of “Bodybuilder of the Year.”
But it wasn’t just a title.
Cutlers competitors were well-respected, and there were rumors that she was being treated poorly in the competition.
So the company decided to create a company that would promote female competitors, and to be open about how it was doing so.
Bodybuilding fans can’t forget the company was founded by a woman.
It was a bold move by Bodybuilding, and one that didn’t go unnoticed.
The company’s CEO, Jay Cutler, was on Twitter:”My name is Jay Cutler.
I’ve been in the fitness business for a long time and I’ve always been an advocate for equality and women empowerment.”
The bodybuilder community rallied around the company.
In 2016, the International Bodybuilding Federation launched a women’s team called the Bodybuilders Team.
A female-run team was also announced in 2018.
But Cutlers success was not the only reason why the company became a hit.
As a female competitor, she was also able to make the sport more accessible.
She made the first female bodybuilder in history compete in the United States.
And she won the 2018 Women’s World Championship.
“Bodybuilding was not just a business, it was a lifestyle,” Cutlers partner in the company, Jodie Cole, told Business Insider.
“You could compete in bodybuilding competitions, and I think that’s what bodybuilding was all about.”
Cutler’s body was built by the world’s best athletes and it was their bodies that made them great.
Bodybuilders are the best in the world and they’re a part of our culture.
We want to continue that tradition.
“It’s about equality. “
Bodybuilding is about empowerment,” she said.
“It’s about equality.
It’s about acceptance.”
The next bodybuilding wave is on the way.
And as more and more women compete in professional bodybuilding and other competitions, Bodybuilding is looking to change the way it operates.
But what does this mean for female competitors?
For years, women’s competitors have struggled to find work, and some women have even lost jobs due to bodybuilding’s stigma.
And in the last year, BodyBuilding has taken a hard look at the company’s policies and practices, and said that the company will be more transparent about its practices.
“We’ve been doing some internal discussions about how we want to be more visible and how we are going to do things that are inclusive, but also reflect our culture,” said Cutler.
“We’ve said we’re going to take a more public approach.”
Cutler said that BodyBuilding will also be more inclusive when it comes the number of women competing in professional competitions, as well as the number that have been injured in competitions.
“If you have a female athlete, you want to see that athlete represented in the sport, not just the male athletes,” she explained.
“There are still female competitors that are in some professional competitions that have had injuries and are not represented.”
As bodybuilding continues to expand, BodyBuilder is trying to find new ways to make its competitions more inclusive.
“What we’re really trying to do is have a more inclusive approach in terms of how we do competitions,” said Cole.
“And that’s going to involve more transparency in how we’re managing competitions, more accountability.”
The company said it’s also going to be a more proactive company, and is looking for women who have been hurt in competitions to speak out.
In the meantime, Bodybuilders is taking action.
The new company will begin taking in injured competitors who are being represented by the company or are competing in the upcoming World Championships, and they will also help with the organizing of the competitions.
The company will also continue to host a variety of social media campaigns, including one that will be aimed at encouraging women to participate in professional sports.
