A bodybuilder lost 10 kilograms of fat and gained 7kgs of muscle in a year.
Nasim Abu Nasser gained the weight by taking a different approach to his daily routine and training.
“I started off eating a lot more than I used to,” Abu Nassi told The Jerusalem Report.
“I had a really hard time with the weight.
I wanted to do the opposite to what everyone else was doing.”
I decided to make it about my health.
I was working out for an hour a day, and I was in shape.
I lost 10 kilos in a month.
Abu Nasser said he had a “strong” sense of purpose after losing 10 kilograms.
“When I got back from the gym, I felt like a different person,” he said.
“And I feel like I’m still here.
I’m not looking back.”
Abus said he now believes he can help people with a different lifestyle.
He hopes that his stories of success will inspire other bodybuilders to follow their dreams.
His latest story was reported by Israeli newspaper Haaretz on Sunday.
