You want to keep this competition focused on you and what you’re about to do in the competition, so keep it simple.
There is no need to perform a huge weight lift, or go out and lose tons of weight.
If you do it, do it properly.
You must be able, if you can, to do that lift.
Do the lift, and try to maintain a solid form.
Remember, you need to be able and willing to do the lift.
You shouldn’t feel any pain or discomfort.
