In a study led by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, scientists found that a person’s body mass index (BMI) is the best predictor of age-related health issues.

“Body mass index is the ratio of your weight to height squared,” Professor Anthony P. Sanguinetti, the lead author of the study, told ABC News.

Body fat and fat-free mass (FFM) are two key indicators of how much fat is in your body and how much muscle it has.

Females with higher BMI have more fat in their body and more fat-filled muscles, which is associated with greater risk of disease.

The study also found that women with higher body fat levels had more muscle mass in their legs, waist and hips, which could help them run faster, jump higher and move more weight.

Dr Sanguindetti said that in a study of people with similar BMI, the researchers found that obese women with lower BMI were more likely to have lower FFM than obese women who had higher BMI.

It is not known if the dieter diet is linked to the risk of a heart attack or stroke.

“A diet can have a number of effects on the body.

It can improve your immune system, reduce the risk that your body will break down or absorb nutrients and it can improve the balance of hormones,” Professor Sanguini said.”

Some of the things that dieters do can have an effect on our health, but we don’t know all the effects.”

To learn more about obesity and its health impacts, the AIFH recommends that anyone who has a BMI of more than 18.5 is advised to lose weight by losing fat, keeping a healthy weight and maintaining good health.

This is particularly important for women because obesity has a significant impact on their fertility.

However, there are other measures you can take to look younger.

Dr Saguindetti and his team have found that people who are physically active can lower their body fat and FFM.

He said that while the body fat may not be a good indicator of health, it can be a valuable marker of health status.

When exercising, exercise can help to lower body fat, increase muscle mass and increase your health.

“So, the key is not just how much body fat you have, but how much you can maintain,” Dr Saguinetti said.
